I would like to request for help in adding a DiGi postpaid account in
Citibank Online for bill payment. When I tried to add the account number
with the dot sign, the system returned an error as per attached
snapshot.


I have seek assistance from the Citibank Online team by using the
internal messaging feature but no progress from that channel. They
diverted me to this email address.


I have also tried other combination by removing the dot sign but also
failed. Kindly advise on this matter.
