i have been with citibank since 2009. i'm surprised too when they barred my card.

called them to enquire more, they said they will ask someone to call me back.

until now still no call.

Don't think so, currently they are only offering free luggage bag when you swipe total amount of RM1,000 within 2 months, first year AF waiver and RM50 cashback.

Did anybody pay DiGi postpaid using Citibank Online?

When I input they account number with the dot, it said invalid character detected.

Account number format: 1.XXXXXXX

I think is Without any Dot ie, 12345678

Tried but failed also.

i paid my digi postpaid 1.380xxxx everymonth, i registered under my citi list.

You use what browser? Is it because of Chrome?

acc number: 1.380xxxx
payee type: bill payment
