fish in a fish pond....dunno how to clear that shine on the water surface

Remember moved towards positive is becomes brighter, move towards negative is becomes darker. the meter +ve and -ve direction can be set in opposite direction in your DSLR.
Not necessary in the middle always means neutral. it depends on the environment condition. Just snap and check your photo.

You need a Circular Polarizer Filter (CPL) which used to remove flare.

You have long way to go smile.gif The smaller the aperture of a lens, the better the lens is. DARN Expensive especially when the aperture is FIXED and coated with nano layer bla bla....

Yes. Normally its cost ranged from RM100-RM400 depends on the Brand, brand series and the size of the filter.

Some brand like HOYA, Kenko, B + W, Daisee, Marumi, Heliopan.

Hello everyone... one odd question i have here...As shown in the picture, how do I tie the end of the tripod strap to my tripod? Do I tie it on three legs or just one? It is not being able to fit inside all three legs most of the time, although I can do it sometimes, pretty weird...

Middle of the bar --> what your camera thinks the exposure is 'good'. But then again, it can be fooled by different lighting condition especially in matrix mode, so take control and shoot exposure you want instead!

CPL will help for the reflection on water surface.

Depend on the scene and also metering mode.
The exposure meter basically serves as a guide, but for non-manual mode, the camera will expose based on the exposure meter. So, if using non-manual mode, using different metering mode may yield different result.

Here's a lil advance.. Did you finish reading the link that I've sent? biggrin.gif

You can read this link to understand when to compensate your exposure smile.gif The camera's metre is not as smart as us unfortunately so they only see the image as 18% grey for a perfect exposure, maybe you can read this link for a better understanding

http://valeriehayken.com/photo-blog/exposu...18-middle-grey/

Solar flash?

Are you talking about this setup?
