Just have my HU's firmware upgraded, so far the reception seems better. Those having reception problem, can give it a try.

Hi guys. I want to ask those bros here that have changed their headlight to HID. I've checked the first page. It stated H11b. But I took out the lightbulb from my car and check the marking. It's H7. Also, for the fog light what's the code for it? Please advise. Thanks alot

Headlights are H7 while Foglamp is 881

Any good suggestion for quiet tyres? Found that my stock tyres are causing a lot of noise above 80km/hr.

Anyone tried Hankook V12 / Michelin PS3?

How is the tread wear and noise level?

I spoke with SC Agent before. They said the K&N will void warranty. They explain to me more powerful is because it filtering lesser and more dirts will be suck in. Also, the K&N will affect the ECU. Not sure how true it is.

So, you must remove it and replace back the original filter before send to service center.

I guess is brake pad kena water. Try not to watering your tyre when it is hot. Try not to run thru the water when driving...

Then, how to cure the brake sound? Need to go for service? When I start the car and I brake.. the sound came out sharply.. I feel embarrass..

Btw you just got your car or what? if it's still new then just continue to tekan your brake after sometime the bunyi will be gone.

Hi, just wondering anyone has regrets after getting forte? Come across quite a number of ppl complaining about Noisy Tires, Bumpy rides , High fuel consumption, noisy dashboard, noisy rear wiper, lousy sound proof where any bikes or bicycle pass by also able to hear, intermittent reverse camera.

bicycle pass by also can hear? no such issue come on! hahahaha..the soundproof is pretty good, tyre roar is normal for low profile tyres...i have 0 regrets getting a forte..if i could choose again i'll buy forte in a heartbeat...forte has no rear wiper....bumpy ride because the suspension is stiff - meant for good cornering and stability rather than comfort! you have to understand the car you're going to buy or bought, why the car is that way and not complain why the car so bumpy, etc etc...for noisy dashboard, mine is good after 1 1/2 years, occasionally got the problem, but i dont have it that often to the point it annoys me. high FC - yes, this car's FC is higher than most other cars esp vios, but u must remember its a 1.3-1.4 tonne car and its C segment, the FC is comparable with other C segment cars...and if u like this car, forget about the FC..you will ruin the experience..else, get kancil/kelisa/viva/vios. End of story.

Actually I still can't get over the creaking and rattling noises on the dashboard, left and right side of the car. Can't seem to trace where it is. Brought to SC, but every time mechanic drive, can't hear the sound rclxub.gif Don't know can help by doing sound proofing to "fill" up the empty spaces help or not >.<

I've set in my colleague's elantra, and I must say, the built quality is top notch. But no paddle shifters, the design (I prefer aggressive looks of forte), the value, and the god damned waiting list of elantra, I still think Forte edges out a little bit smile.gif
