For Capers, workmanship is quite rough and a lot of touch up need to be done... feeling a bit disappointed.... will Fennel be the same?

Rough compared to which other VP project that you have? Rough in what sense? Pictures please to show exactly what you mean as "rough".

Yes compared to 3 properties that I owned. Better to go see yourself... think that's also why no one post pictures of their unit after VP. See it to believe it...

The thing is that I've seen it but I don't believe it. You still have not mentioned rough in what sense. Talk is easy, but compared to which 3 other properties that u have VPed?

There are alot YTL diehard defending capers
Rough workmanship, perhaps some here only have YTL properties under them so Havent seen others better one before
Basing on my observation a few chipped door frame, room door chipped, lockset rusty, glass partition not properly installed, alignment run, sealant not properly applied
chipped wall, paint not evenly applied, dirty tiles
rough meaning if you see from far look ok, look near, really cannot make it
even the common facilities were not all ready when VP

YTL is a well known company but delivery is poor ..from what I have seen so far, quality is seriously (repeat seriously) lacking..

why is it so difficult for developers to deliver a good complete product - don't provide a fanciful facade and concept but then fall short in
details..???

There are a lot of wannabes that tok and tok but no substance. When ask to give pictures of "said poor quality", terus senyap. When ask to name which other project they personally VP that has better quality/price ratio, terus hilang.

You pay 500/sf and expect 1k/sf product?
You think thread quiet means poor quality project?
You havent even been to Capers and profess like an expert about quality?
You think those who bought are all "diehard fans"?

Typical people who catch one single negative and assume the worst, while forgetting the positives. Worry about cosmetics? Rusty lockset, chipped door and lo and behold, the developer is crap?

You havent seen a real CRAP developer for sure.

point it is rough, pple see roughness, finishing at internal unit is poor, i concur and share what i saw

now say 500psf and expect 1000psf quality pula
so when buy 1000psf compare to 1500psf, quality lousy

i have seen better projects what for must i share this with you?
you go do more research and footwork yourself

Developer crap or not, this developer gave you keys when not all common facilities are ready

Show pictures to backup what you claim. I didnt claim YTL projects were superb nor did I claim they were poor. YOU did! So if you wanna present a decent and logical argument, you show proof. simple as that. I'm sure any wannabes can understand a simple logic.

I did buy ytl project before - that time rush during lunch time to sign up as I heard ytl was launching the project . I was very excited -
that time I thought ytl good developer ma..die die also must buy..

upon vp, the quality was quite poor and ok it was unexpected - I had high expectations of ytl at that time..now I have come to the conclusion
big or small, established or not - all the same wan . Don't expect too much, then less stress when vp lor..

He claimed the developer was bad because the product was "rough", because they forgot to shine his doorknobs for him.

I merely ask which other product he had otherwise accepted that had much superior quality for same price point!

I am asking him for pictures proof of this.

But I keep hearing name callings and constipated sounds without even the vainest attempt to present a logical argument and proof.

If I claimed something, i will be willing and ready to back it up. Is he????
