I did buy ytl project before - that time rush during lunch time to sign up as I  heard ytl was launching the project .  I was very excited  -
that time I thought ytl good developer ma..die die also must buy..

upon vp, the quality was quite poor and ok it was unexpected - I had high expectations of ytl at that time..now I have come to the conclusion
big or small, established or not - all the same  wan . Don't expect too much, then less stress when vp lor.. tongue.gif

i dont want mention which condo..as everyone will know at Wangsa Maju


any condo that didnt have crack line every should glad they can stay and sleep peacsefully.

this one not by ytl leh...

ini villa wangsamas right? developer is setapak heights.. how I know? I also bought there but many years ago..
yes, there are cracks but hairline cracks - all repaired after much fighting with the MC (this MC very geng wan - proactive and
dun play play with them - they really do their job well..tapik) ..anyway, this one also crappy quality - I had so much problems with it
that I gave up ..in the end sell as the cost of repairs and maintaining the inside of the unit caused me too much stress..no need all this
so got rid of the cause of my stress..

the developer only repaired the hairline cracks when they were about to launch infiniti - good timing hor? tongue.gif

I have been in construction line for 15years ..saw nowadays workmanship getting worse than before..workers all from banglas and supervised by young supervisor just graduate with 0 experience.Authorities also sleeping in the office. Nobody really cares how contractor construct your house actually. Developer want you to sign snp only, bankers want your instalment only .. Nothing much u can expect for ..

Why so serious in debating the handover quality, forum is for everyone here to blow water, to show off, to look for bussiness and to voice out his point of view which he think is correct, seek for advice or advise Others. Relax n not to be too serious.
Nowadays no more best quality workmanship wat we hav now is best packaging with best marketing strategy and acceptable quality.
U buying something is to enjoy the moment u spend ur money wat. U buy it coz u like it so why need care about others? They are jealous ma. thumbup.gif

Those condemning, pls la other people is trying to share his experience n his happiness, pls respect a bit.

Back to fennel, everyday I take lrt at Sentul I really expecting wat she look like when completing. It really awesome for capers just like 2 building are dancing. rclxms.gif

I pointed specifically those areas that were finished poorly some fella will come and tell you be grateful for it is 500psf, to those fan boy, fart will smell like perfume

If are your are owner you filed defects how long ytl come back fix your defect, do you know? Can you answer?

show picture, see it with your own eyes, if you are not blind you should able to see, so happy with a Ytl don't file your defects, fix them yourself!

I have seen how defects are down played by these fan boy, ever ready to give chance to Ytl, because they are grateful capers are delivered to them

capers block A were mostly bought by existing Ytl cusotmer, how many owners are not Ytl die hards?

Those YTL fansi I suggest buy mid fields for own stay, wait some one will come tell you be grateful, it is 400-500k only

I implore those fan boy keep buying from ytl, buy then and stay on to be grateful, don't leap out Ytl, don't ever please, stay where you are and always be grateful to Ytl!

The wannabes just cant seem to stomach the truth. They think all developers owe then the sky when they pay for some dirt. They think developer handover project must be 101% perfect. Even doorknob not shiny already condemn developer. Seriously, these wannabes keep nitpicking and comparing to their "previous" imaginary projects that apparently had shiny doorknobs and think they know a lot about property.

Forum is for discussion alright. He ain't discussing, he's just spewing his imagination, coz he ain't even been to the Project! He just go to this thread, that thread and see pictures and pretend he knows everything.

Thats why I ask him which developer in which project he CLAIMED he got VP before with better quality. And he keeps dodging and calling everyone fanbois lol whistling.gif
