There are alot YTL diehard defending capers
Rough workmanship, perhaps some here only have YTL properties under them so Havent seen others better one before
Basing on my observation a few chipped door frame, room door chipped, lockset rusty, glass partition not properly installed, alignment run, sealant not properly applied
chipped wall, paint not evenly applied, dirty tiles
rough meaning if you see from far look ok, look near, really cannot make it
even the common facilities were not all ready when VP

say got room to improve cannot have good internal unit finishing is it

point it is rough, pple see roughness, finishing at internal unit is poor, i concur and share what i saw

now say 500psf and expect 1000psf quality pula
so when buy 1000psf compare to 1500psf, quality lousy

i have seen better projects what for must i share this with you?
you go do more research and footwork yourself

Developer crap or not, this developer gave you keys when not all common facilities are ready

some stupid crab (i borrow this from Superman) out there (some, i am not pointing finger) just die die wana defend for sake of defending

all these poor finishing, need to file defects to fix them
you so love the fine quality of YTL, you leave it there untouched ok
you file defects how long YTL responds to you, 30 days, wait 45 days wait or 60, 75 days?

If show picture here, some stupid crab will it is not capers or ask don't expect so much from 500psf properties
this kind of sick and complacent mentality only fan boy can tolerate

yalar YTL is best la if one not seen others better properties, doesn't have other properties other than YTL

I pointed specifically those areas that were finished poorly some fella will come and tell you be grateful for it is 500psf, to those fan boy, fart will smell like perfume

If are your are owner you filed defects how long ytl come back fix your defect, do you know? Can you answer?

show picture, see it with your own eyes, if you are not blind you should able to see, so happy with a Ytl don't file your defects, fix them yourself!

I have seen how defects are down played by these fan boy, ever ready to give chance to Ytl, because they are grateful capers are delivered to them

capers block A were mostly bought by existing Ytl cusotmer, how many owners are not Ytl die hards?

Those YTL fansi I suggest buy mid fields for own stay, wait some one will come tell you be grateful, it is 400-500k only

I implore those fan boy keep buying from ytl, buy then and stay on to be grateful, don't leap out Ytl, don't ever please, stay where you are and always be grateful to Ytl!
