Just received d proposed furnishing package from YTL....kitchen n wardrobes already works out to be RM50k, I shuddered to think d final cost to have it fully furnished lol. Time to shop around n compare quotations now, hopefully get sorted out before GST sets in next April hahaha:-P

aiya those deals offered by YTL are cut throat super brands nia...
if you go to your next door's anka, i doubt you need to pay more than half of what YTL got to offer......

but to fully furnished....rm30k to 50k is a given lioa....unless you go lower than IKEA....

Even at 50k is still without the hob/hood/oven & sliding door. I've got mine from Sig Kit during the last homeDec at <30k incl Ariston hob/hood/oven.

Wow u certainly did your shopping way early lol....think I wouldn't confirm on anything just yet until VP n seen d actual place, after all I m going for minimalist design with a few signature furniture pieces thrown in dats all lol.
Oh ya it's ridiculous to have quoted d wardrobes without inclusive of sliding doors price....not everyone fancy walk-in wardrobes mind you lol.

I m pleasantly surprised to hv noticed aircond units already being installed in lower floor units as far as I can see from d ground....checked n double confirmed in SPA it comes with 5 nos aircond per unit! Cool....at least dat saves almost RM10k there, hope it's reliably good brand n inverter energy-saving ones lol:)

Did you Manage to check out the A/C brand?

Unfortunately our phone camera couldn't zoom in close enough to see wat brand, but I guess it could be their favorite brand YORK judging from the bulgy unit lol:-P

I doubt it's Acson, most probably their favorite YORK....must hv got a gd deal buying in bulk lol. We shd by right be given d option to instal our own choiced aircond brands (energy-saving inverter especially) n be given a rebate...well it's kinda late now, sigh:(. Does it also mean warranty, servicing n maintenance of d aircond units r all under d Developer too lol?:-P

All 3 block of The fennel is progressing well except for Block "C". I guess they are awaiting The Capers to VP before launching the remaining block of The Fennel. Wonder what is the indicative PSF price?

Well it's all wishful thinking on paper on price appreciation, d reality is d final sales transacted price if there are buyers hehe:)....of course prices will go up eventually if u hv d holding power lol.

I bought an unit in Saffron, but the unit is modified into 2 rooms ( suppose to have 3 rooms where the medium room one side of the wall was took off during the construction), now I need to apply for approval to make it back into three rooms by just filling back the wall.

I saw there's a rule in the renovation submission form stating that no wall hacking is allowed, but the management officer not rejected me at the first spot and she said she will submit the form and wait for the approval result.

Do you guys have such similar situation? Any Saffron owner here?
