Why not? Many projects phase 1 not even 2/3 sold edi launch up to phase 3

Recently when i was at the sales office, they still have 3 units 1186sf around rm900k+ for block A/D. Internal pool facing. Interesting to see how Capers will benchmark vs Fennel.

Not that I know of.

Anyway, I strongly believe that the same name inspired after spices, "Residensi Fennel" in Malay (The Fennel, project name as claimed by YTL) will be approved by the authorities, based on what has happened to The Capers.

The Fennel construction is progressin well. All 4 blocks are being constructed at the same time. Block D is already on it 9th floor. Wondering how they are going to launch their final block C?

Should be 4th floor. 5 floor parking not counted. Still got 38 floor to go. 3 more years. Still a bit slow... haha.

The progress @ Fennel is taking shape. Full steam ahead! wonder how would it compare to brother capers once VPed! Time will tell. Trust its will lite up Sentul skyline. One of a kind in KL ... Iconic!
