Thanks, I've just called this afternoon and being told the cheapest unit now is from RM920k onwards with just a given car park.

Guess RM0.45 maintenance fees is 1 of the highest in the KL area, even Mon't Kiara condo charging from RM0.22psf on wards only.

Ten years maintenance fees if let say maintain at RM0.45 psf, for a 1200sf unit, would cost you RM64.8k.

If it increase on the 5th year onwards by RM0.10 then you will be paying RM72k for the maintenance fees in ten years time.

Real high maintenance...... to stay in such an awesome iconic condo @@"

i hv just moved in to capers and i can say one thing to ytl, irresponsible and totally ripping the owners off every cent. Almost all units have defects and so much so that the contractors have to work over weekends to rectify and the question is why such bad workmanship in the first place.

For 45cts, let me tell u this, mgmt closed on Sat and Sun and literally no maintenance over the weekend and not even cleaners.

Furthermore the following for you to judge:

1) No washing bay - when asked, mgmt said need to wait for JMB to be formed. How stupid YTL can be....
2) No bins around not even in common areas. Even basic stuff is overlooked
3) Shoddy workmanship, broken glass, damaged roof in carpark, flooding, etc
4) Need to pay expensive YES which doesnt comes with phone number even..Imagine NO OTHER CHOICES as YTL does not allow other providers in the building. Totally not considerate to the owners who have paid so much for nothing much really..
5) The most rediculous of all is the building does not support Astro HD...Imagine a new project delivered this year does not have such support with no option available.

I am calling all owners to be mindful and aware of what I am first hand experiencing and the list above is not even exhaustive. You judge for yourselves.....

Personally, no more YTL project ever......

I have seen cleaners on Sundays.

High maintenance good in long run. Association never run out of money. Money can solve 99% of problems. Formula for old and yet well maintained condo.

The fee is just the sum of many variables.. forming the fee..
You need to see the cleaning, maintenance, landsaping services.. Security...
and the number of units, sizes, density that forming the condo

RM0.22psf for MK condo but the size maybe 2500sqft with 460units density.

However one thing for sure... YTL charged very high maitenance fee even for ther lower grade condos...

Typical Malaysian! Want condo as high end as possible, but management fee as low as possible.
But ytl is always higher, even MF1 was charged rm0.35 if i am not mistaken.

Yes, Saffron charged RM0.39psf if not wrong

Not sure about Centrio.

Their monthly property management fee is RM10k if not mistaken and cannot be reduced. That was the figure told to me 3 years ago to manage Saffron.
