Probably YTL need to run a naming contest for The Fennel. One that elegant and well describe the architecture. What your take?

Bought a unit in Saffron for own stay and will get the key very soon, but hoping the Saffron East area will turn into MK alike environment in future. Not exactly the same also will be very happy already.

By now I'm living in peaceful, a lot of Chinese (No racist), greenery, and convenient PJ Sec17 for 6 years and leaving from that place is god damn hard... Those who live at there before or still living at there know exactly what I'm talking about...

Welcome to Saffron....how much u bought it for if I may ask?
If it's race u r concern abt, then KL mite not be suitable as condos here mostly consist of more multinational flavours, unlike PJ, n food could be a problem if u r partial to Chinese cuisine lol. As for peace n safety wise, Saffron will be up to ur expectation:)

I bought it RM670k (1085 sqft), with two carparks... Feel helpless with the subsale price. With that price of course there's a lot options in Klang Valley. But thinking of my wife working in MK and I'm in Bangsar, we can save a lot of time and money. (When you getting old then you start worrying about time and money haha)

I'm totally OK with multinational people, as I 'm working with many foreign colleagues from different countries too..

There's no chance for us to buy in PJ... unless we're from rich family. So, it's a challenge for us to move into a totally new environment.

Dats a good deal u got, with two car parks too! I was told by our panel of agents it's RM700k n above now with two car parks n depending on conditions. I m looking at selling mine n upgrade to The Capers early quarter 2015:)

I would tell my wife about your comment. Thank you, glad you said that. At least we feel relief now because we are not fimiliar with Sentul at all. Totally new for us.

Sentul today is much improved now. When we bought Tamarind 13years ago, people think buyers were crazy as surrounding was quite bad, 'Saffron' was once abandoned project with some concrete structure, many road access were not there. Now with Capers and upcoming Fennel, the branding and acceptance has improved a lot. But it will still take some more time to realise its full potential..and Tamarind and Saffron have great KLCC view

It is true much has progressed with Sentul East Urban Renewal project by YTL but largely still confine to their projects vicinities...venture beyond dat boundaries, d low-medium class neighborhood still is an ugly sight sorely need much improvements....hopefully things can only get better:)

i am an owner in Tamarind. I have lived there for more than 5 years, really no regrets and i am really happy with the progress in Sentul. Its cleaning up nicely. You will love the location as its right smack in KL. You can reach anywhere in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately i will be relocating end of this year. Still thinking if i should sell it or rent it. My unit is 1345 facing genting. Any idea how much its going for? rental or sales?

Me too, looking forward to capers vp & hopefully can move in b4 cny. Been thinking whether to sell or rent Saffron.
