It used to be 500k a few years ago, today is 1 plus million. Probably will be higher 3 years down the road. But my statement is really in response to question what if 50% of owners in Fennel were to throw their units at below market value..

You guys are funny, both haters and buyers Haters thought the psf price is too high. But many people are buying still. I bet many haters haven't even visited the place and understand the project. While buyers keeps defending. Why ? No confidence just because some haters express their opinion ? Anyway, 4.5 years is a long long time. We are talking about a lot of "IFs" here. If you think the price is high, don't buy. Many other will buy anyway. If you think bubble is going to burst, then all projects in KV also will be affected. Not only this one. sentul is an old area. Restructuring, re-developing is ytl's mission and target to make it a prime location like mk, bangsar. it is still at its begining-mid transforming stage & is ur call to join now or not.
My father used to say pj is a poor and far area back 20 years ago. see hoy chan is stupid to build his empire far away from city and ppl bought it is also the same. look at BU now. lol
