Tan Sri Francis YEOH la..
This project attracted many ytl staff, they queued together with repeat buyers on the Friday before the July weekend prelaunch blk A.
YTL staff especially YTL Land people are aware of key issues surrounding the site..
But the biggest real concern is still the fact there are 900+ units upon VP..Fennel has to be really outstanding and iconic to get subsale buyers and tenant

Yes for sone areas. But I was referring to some fully tenanted areas but stil cheaper than some condos in kv.

Ask yourself this question:
How many of the investors of Fennel have the financial strength to hold on to their properties for at least 2 years upon VP with no option for sale or rent?
