Since the bank lending so tight now, bank only offer those purchaser with financial strong and stable which can provide secured to bank. Anyhow, we don't foresee any economy downturn in the moment. Everything is increasing in price. There should be risk for every investment but we are unable to confirm when is the economy coming to down. So, wish and good luck to the purchaser and hope Malaysian can become richer in 2020. I dont have any bullet to buy the unit anyway.
