this is what i did... but u need to root ur phone.. and download Root Explorer from google play... u got root ur phone? below are the steps.. u can try..

Use root explorer
System -> csc
Then open language.xml with text editor

en_GB;en_US;az;ca;cs;da;de;et;es;eu;el;fr;gl;ka;hr ;it;is;kk;lv;lt;hu;nb;nl;pl;pt;ru;ro;fi;sr;sk;sl;s v;tr;uk;ko;hy;bg;ar;fa;ur;iw;ja;th;vi;zh;zh_CN;

Add zh_CN then save and reboot ur phone

read 1st thread... there is a guide on how to do titanium backup..

as for nandroid backup... u have to root ur phone and get CWM inside 1st..

then off phone, volume up+home button+ power button to go into recovery mode...

go to backup and recovery, select backup to do nandroid..

no prob. nothing is easy at first.
just take the initiative to learn from xda.

people here can advise, but at the end of the day the phone is yours..
if you really screwed up, there's nothing we can do.

but if you learn the basics of it, you have high chance of preventing it from happening.

yeah..strange..shud be ok what..

then u go to Settings.... Language and input.... click the settings button beside Samsung Keyboard...

Select input language

Untick Use system language..

then can u see 中文 whenu scroll down the list?

Adoii..put your backup files in your external sdcard la. Next time if you do factory reset..you backup not lost

THAT'S THE WAY!! Yes.. at first I can see many languages there, but I can't tick any of them. so I tot after I flashed UK JB, it wipe away all language packs, left English (UK) for me. But now I untick "use system language", it allow me to tick from addtional keyboards, so I can tick any language! Thanks you just guide bro...

Added on November 13, 2012, 12:49 amWEll, for more secure, you can just put all your backup file (TB or nanroid) to ur lappie/PC. so next time u ACCIDENTLY wipe ur data/factory reset, just install back CWM and TB, copy ur backup files to ur phone, restore back. =)

Factory reset WONT wipe/delete anything from your external sdcard. Same result with full wipe using CWM wont touch your external sdcard either.

Btw..avoid calling other user WEII..WOII..or same sort. It's rude you know...

sorry i downloaded root explorer and opened language.xml but it cannot be edited may i know what is there to do to edit and and zh_CN to it?

okay i added zh_CN to it and save and exit rebooted the phone but theres no chinese language to choose from
