If you see your screenshot..your phone stated LIB (Poland) while pda LH1 (m'sia) and csc LH1 XME (m'sia).
Next time...you need to flash stock firmware via Odin or MobileOdin so you can have all three section belong to one firmware/country instead of mix like yours.

Our friend there was on stock but foreign rom (Poland JB)
He want to receive M'sia JB via FOTA/Kies
He do Nandroid back to M'sia firmware via CWM.
Tried FOTA/Kies but rejected..stating phone modified.
Found out his phone firmware mix M'sa and Poland firmware.
Had to flash again M'sia firmware via Odin/MobikeOdin.
In order to have normal status..have to factory reset.
Otherwise status still be modified.
End of saga...

You still dont understand the situation. It's not a matter of data loss or wipe. It's a matter of getting FOTA or using Kies. You cannot have those if your phone status is MODIFIED. Your phone status must be NORMAL first then only you can use either one or both. And in order to get NORMAL status..you have to factory reset your phone. Otherwise your status still MODIFIED.
I hope you have a clearer picture now. And i sincerely hope you're willing to give a hand in helping newbies instead of laughing and critizing other ppl effort of trying to help other users.

So now we know another way to have normal status in order to receive FOTA. It's not for me actually as i'm on JB quite some time edi. Thanks bro for your help

Try take a look at your
Setting > aboug device > status > device status
See whether it's normal or modified

I can get 7 hours screen on time with Note2. And that as a moderate usage as i use quite heavy on surfing.
If i'm use it as a light user such as only a few call n sms..sync with email..check some weather, definitely gonna get 8 - 9 hours screen on time with it.
And no..no fruity phone can beat Note2 battery life.

Well..S3 can never beat Note2..period.
We only recently receive JB but still not fully optimized yet. A few more updates then S3 will be much smoother like baby bottom. Have some patience and just enjoy what we have now. And dont forget JB 4.2 is coming early next year

You can still get a normal status but quite a hard way as you need to do a factory reset in order to get your next FOTA. Any use of CWM will trigger the status back to modified.
