Mine was upgraded from 1Mbps to 4Mbps today also.

I submitted the online upgrade at 10am and the line was upgraded at 6.00pm. rclxm9.gif

I tried the upgrade on tm website, they show me this "There is currently no Facility to support this Streamyx Upgrade.". So mean no hope to upgrade at all? currently on 1Mbps trying on 2Mbps or 4Mbps.

Garrgh confirmed kena throttled. when I first upgraded to 4Mpbs i got pretty decent speeds torrenting last mth onwards nah tercekik!!!! totall doesn't connect worse then i was on 1 Mpbs. they do even better job throttling on the 4Mpbs line
confirmed cos i tried VPN and woooo speeded up real quick

No, theoretical speed possible is 24Mbps, currently available streamyx package is 1,2,4,8 Mbps.

Streamyx is throttled no matter what, unless you manage to triggered the bug which momentarily unthrottle your connection biggrin.gif

i doubt it will even reach 1mbps, max i think only 500+ kbps

It seems that they can upgrade online without coming over to our premises.

Probably the technician will come later to run some tests and deliver the wifi modem to me.

I still have to sign off that the installation is successful.

the tm guy came in and checked all the snr margins and stuff... but they said they are going to cabinet and stuff

and i ask them to open 5mbps port
