Adobe, MS, Google and Shopify already matured while only collecting dividends atm

Crowdstrike and Docusign especially the former would be the growth instead

With those counters rather do ETFs and average down for better diversification and save on trade cost for long term holdings as there many pick to from as it is gonna be super competitive with more and more new choices coming in  rclxms.gif

Look for LATAM techs as they are still undervalued and more potential growth with the exceptions of Mercadeo Libre  rclxm9.gif

That's what they said about Amazon and Google. I still see Adobe, MS, Google, Shopify will be higher than currently in 10 years time. Potential to have 2-3 baggers.

Bro, why should I withdraw if I don't need the money? I already know I can convert to SGD and withdraw. Already tested that can withdraw to CIMB sg. So no withdrawal issue on my part.

I did buy but I left some backup cash for in case it dip further. You never know if it will become like 2008.

I don't buy so many stocks as it's diworsification. I prefer to concentrate my holdings to stuff I believed in. Sometimes you have to average up. No choice. Hard lesson learned. Same I hate to average up but I have seen my mistake. Stuff I assume exoenst became more expensive. Hence I got no issue average up now.

Actually selling weekly options for me is quite good. You have thetha working with you rather than against you. You want your options to expired worthless. Yes by going more time you can repair but so far from personal experience, weekly is better for me. Actually not much work. Put in order on Monday. Monitor the news and price. Once a week "work". The once a week work 1200% my cashflow Vs dividends.

There are plenty if 6% companies left. Question is how many you want to own? I know some guy owning like 200 companies including junk. You want to own junk or quality? I prefer quality over quantity.

All the best with 6%p.a dividend. Honestly speaking. Cause what work for you wont work for me.
For me, I am never coming back to dividend investing after enjoying the returns from selling options. There's just no way.

Converting to SGD first before withdrawing ? Then you have lost due to exchange rate if you needed USDs. No matter hos good ur exchange rate is, you will still have to bear the (small) spread.

Yes, you did buy, but you did not buy enough thinking that 2008 will come again. You have lost out again on opportunity cost.

Hi, I'm new to options
Is it really worth it for selling options?
From my understanding, you'll get the premium as "dividend" by selling options.
But what if the price goes down alot and the option got executed, isn't that loss might be huge comparing with the premium?

It is an expensive REit. Not sure what justifies it's low yield?

Bro,... that fella kept saying he is winning in his Options contracts,.. summore gave 1200% winning percentage,... PLEASE DON'T LISTEN TO HIM IN ENTIRETY.

Whether he is selling Covered Calls or Put Options, there are still risks, especially in today's environment,.... Be careful.

No right no wrong .. risk vs reward smile.gif .

the individual need to decide what he or she wants (& is willing to risk).

Tks bro DWRK,... yeah I saw,... frankly, I did not take profit because my profit now is high enough to withstand any dips. With tapering coming in mid-Nov,.. I think the AUD has more space to run.

Bro Xander,... yeah I averaged up last year,... can't remember when but I journalled everything in the 'Forex' thread,... can refer there, bro,...

Well,... my debate with Ramjade has its elements in SREITs too, for he kept saying SREITs dividends are not good anymore compared to Options.

Ok bro Mytrader,.. it's up to the individual to choose who to listen to,.. hence, I still wished to do my community service to alert investors to 'the other side' of it,...
