Don't bother. If you want asset light stuff go for SAAS. Adobe, Microsoft/Google, docusign, Crowdstrike, shopify. Please don't waste your money. You will thank me 5 years later.

Yesi maybe I am bias as I have some money invested in them but I put my money where my mouth is.

Adobe, MS, Google and Shopify already matured while only collecting dividends atm

Crowdstrike and Docusign especially the former would be the growth instead

With those counters rather do ETFs and average down for better diversification and save on trade cost for long term holdings as there many pick to from as it is gonna be super competitive with more and more new choices coming in rclxms.gif

Look for LATAM techs as they are still undervalued and more potential growth with the exceptions of Mercadeo Libre rclxm9.gif

Converting to SGD first before withdrawing ? Then you have lost due to exchange rate if you needed USDs. No matter hos good ur exchange rate is, you will still have to bear the (small) spread.

Yes, you did buy, but you did not buy enough thinking that 2008 will come again. You have lost out again on opportunity cost.

That is why’s only buy single exchange conversion because a lot don’t realise if convert too many times spread losses unless is buy and hold and sell at higher price doh.gif

Tks bro DWRK,... yeah I saw,... frankly, I did not take profit because my profit now is high enough to withstand any dips. With tapering coming in mid-Nov,.. I think the AUD has more space to run.

Bro Xander,... yeah I averaged up last year,... can't remember when but I journalled everything in the 'Forex' thread,... can refer there, bro,...

Nice and if you bought CADJPY super bonus as well rclxms.gif

Well,... my debate with Ramjade has its elements in SREITs too, for he kept saying SREITs dividends are not good anymore compared to Options.

Ok bro Mytrader,.. it's up to the individual to choose who to listen to,.. hence, I still wished to do my community service to alert investors to 'the other side' of it,...

The problem now is concentration risk and he doesn’t what is gonna hit him later when taxes and fees comes into play which he always thinks everything gonna be evergreen free for life doh.gif

I just focussed on AUDJPY, bro,... yeah, you are right, CAD is also a 'commodity-currency', could have gone it too. But I don't like too many pairs,.. cos I took leverage and well,.. I bet bigger this time,....  nod.gif

If you like playing commodity with inflations hedging the best trifecta would be AUD for hard commodity, CAD for liquid commodity and NZD for soft commodity against RMB but most would play safe with JPY especially those pros

Hansel Can share how to shield against this tax ah?

Maybe it is time to set up Cayman Island shell companies or transfer profit to Ireland. laugh.gif

Won’t happen thanks to Biden and his minimum global tax doh.gif

The only way is to re vote Trump and back to previous tax status

Malaysians hopefully smart enough to vote out useless PN come next year then most likely will shelve this tax plan then rclxms.gif
