Terbalik from other proj. This one big size is hot especially the corner but small size tak laku. Corner 3 bedders 1050sf only 400k up. Value buy in this location.

Just got info. Say now no more DIBS from initially promised... but give 5% disc. So now only need to pay 5% downpayment.

The price is more or less thr same as when u booked. 5pc rebate (never promised) net 25k additional cp. It doesnt change the deal. Now almost same price with additional cp.

Developer cannot offer DIBS but giving out 5% rebate. I think it's a fair deal.
But even if they didn't offer any rebate at all, i think all available unit sure will be taken very fast.. looking at its location |

400psf up for 3bedders 400k up..hard to come by especially this location with cheras centre point besides n walking distance to future mrt at pheonix via cheras centre point.

Developer decided not to give dibs, is that due to they have some issue with most of the bank? Or they think they can't finish the project in time, so dare not to offer dibs? |
