Just got info. Say now no more DIBS from initially promised... but give 5% disc. So now only need to pay 5% downpayment.

BUT those who purchased 3 bedroom compulsory need to purchase another parking lot at 25K!!!
Anyone kena this??? Agreed then later add this carpark...

Those who purchase 1 or 2 bedroom have the option, not compulsory.

yes no more DIBS, and mandatory to buy an additional parking at 25k, furthermore, the 5% rebate is only on the price of the condo, not the additional parking.

What scares me most is not the price but the non-activity of the site. Seems like very very slow progress on site clearance.

Sell big pao becoz scared no ppl book their unit before this.

Now put extra and even change the terms becoz selling hot.
Later also can sell reject unit at higher price make more bucks.

The price is more or less thr same as when u booked. 5pc rebate (never promised) net 25k additional cp. It doesnt change the deal. Now almost same price with additional cp.

Developer cannot offer DIBS but giving out 5% rebate. I think it's a fair deal.
But even if they didn't offer any rebate at all, i think all available unit sure will be taken very fast.. looking at its location

400psf up for 3bedders 400k up..hard to come by especially this location with cheras centre point besides n walking distance to future mrt at pheonix via cheras centre point.

this maxim developer really kns.... starting said got DIBS to attract buyer , at the end say no more that package only 5% discount bla bla bla ... make me feel like cheated...

Developer decided not to give dibs, is that due to they have some issue with most of the bank?
Or they think they can't finish the project in time, so dare not to offer dibs?

I'm not sure, and I'm wondering the same too. Is it coz they know they won't be able to complete as scheduled hence no more DIBS? Not sure of the past experiences with other developments under this developer..

Anyone who booked 3rooms did not have to purchase the extra 1 carpark????
