Imagine this kind of PR1MA total unit more than 2000 and only provide 1 carpark, if every house got 2 cars then where to park other 2000++ cars?

Residents from the adjacent gardens will be affected too....damai perdana, alam damai, taman anggerik, sri bahgia, hussein onn...

The higher density they build, the lower the price of home.

Solution: A comprehensive traffic plan needs to be carried out. Plus I suggest build a BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) Line here to linked up various Cheras neighborhoods!!! Problem solved!

We can get rid of this Idiot Planner within 2 weeks times when election come...No proper planning but just to fish support...
