All things are not confirmed. Probably this project is without DO & AP. There's another risk whereby the project might not be launched or drag for dunno how many years.

I got 2 corner units...one a 2 bedroom ...and another is 1000 sq ft 3 bedroom on highest floor smile.gif
However, I think my bank can at most lend me for 1 unit...

Any idea when is the S&P Date, and when they building the show unit at the site?

all potential buyer or already bought, please go to the site experience the traffic there abt 730am this two days..at least get the real experience when stay there 3 years later...

yup...agree!! all the area jam...just different degree of jam..need live experience only can tel...
but....need to decide which type of house also..if prefer landed.no choice need to stay further far due to scarcity of land...
that y future residence shall experience first only shock !

i think you misunderstand what i mean...if go for landed...can scrify far ie up to seremban...
if condo, since many choices..probably get a nearer and better environment area but of course with affordable budget...

understand you had a unit there right ?..wish you happy living there.

everywhere in kl also jam. those staying in alam damai, taman lensen, tun hussein onn, kajang etc also use the same road whether landed or not landed. stop being a sour grape

FYI..i m not sour grape on this Maxim...i already know this project even before it launched...just gentle sharing of actual live experience, not sure you had notice, i did not put terrible traffic jam either..

There is East West Link to PJ/MV area, and a Jalan Loke Yew to KLCC/KL area infront this development.
Plus.... there is a future MRT station nearby can easily access to Bandar Utama, 1U, PJ area or KL area.

A sharp buyer/investor/home buyer, will definitely see all this Great point.


summary:

1. East West Link (Drive to Mid Valley or PJ area)
2. Jalan Loke Yew (Dive to KL or Kajang)
3. MRT, easily access to Kajang > KL > Pusat Bandat Damansara > Bandar Utama > 1 Utama > Kota Damansara > Sg Buloh.
