everywhere in kl also jam. those staying in alam damai, taman lensen, tun hussein onn, kajang etc also use the same road whether landed or not landed. stop being a sour grape

You specifically mean this post for those who will buy this condo -
"all potential buyer or already bought, please go to the site experience the traffic there abt 730am this two days..at least get the real experience when stay there 3 years later...
"

At least 3 years later, people can decide whether they want to use the mrt despite the jam

Exactly!

There is East West Link to PJ/MV area, and a Jalan Loke Yew to KLCC/KL area infront this development.
Plus.... there is a future MRT station nearby can easily access to Bandar Utama, 1U, PJ area or KL area.

A sharp buyer/investor/home buyer, will definitely see all this Great point.

summary:

1. East West Link (Drive to Mid Valley or PJ area)
2. Jalan Loke Yew (Dive to KL or Kajang)
3. MRT, easily access to Kajang > KL > Pusat Bandat Damansara > Bandar Utama > 1 Utama > Kota Damansara > Sg Buloh.

yes no more DIBS, and mandatory to buy an additional parking at 25k, furthermore, the 5% rebate is only on the price of the condo, not the additional parking.

do you guys think it's still a worthwhile buy?

Sell big pao becoz scared no ppl book their unit before this.

Now put extra and even change the terms becoz selling hot.
Later also can sell reject unit at higher price make more bucks.

KNS !@#$%^&*

Yes I do agree No DIBS but come with 5% discount is about the same. But the problem is for those 1050sqft need to fork out 25k in cash for additional car park.

this mean, 5% DP about 20k (CASH) + 25K (CASH) car park + 3years bank loan interest will be different game liow compare to previous 40k + DIBS, and wait.

remember, 3 years loan interest is about 20k too.

they changed 4 conditions.

1. No more DIBS

2. Downpayment is 5%

3. Construction time is 4 years.

4. 1050sqft buyer must take additional car park lot for extra 25K
