yes no more DIBS, and mandatory to buy an additional parking at 25k, furthermore, the 5% rebate is only on the price of the condo, not the additional parking.
do you guys think it's still a worthwhile buy? |

QUOTE(kitkat @ May 21 2013, 07:17 AM) Just wondering. I'm not sure, and I'm wondering the same too. Is it coz they know they won't be able to complete as scheduled hence no more DIBS? Not sure of the past experiences with other developments under this developer.. Developer decided not to give dibs, is that due to they have some issue with most of the bank? Or they think they can't finish the project in time, so dare not to offer dibs? |

Just a thought, would it be possible for TS to change the topic title to reflect the new project name? I'm sure we're all aware the name of the project is now Maxim Residences..

hello all, update: I've signed my SPA last Saturday, now awaiting stamping and will be handed a copy of the SPA (tentative 1 month).
Also, for those who have yet to sign SPA, do be cautious of this lawyer named Veronica; she came across as very "rushing" the process. When I entered she didnt even bothered introducing herself, all she did was ask me to sit down and started pointing at the documents and ask me sign. When I requested for her to walk me through the documents, she replied "ok can u sign first".. @@ In the end I told her I'm not comfortable signing, went down to the developer's office, complained, and had Ms.Ko (seems to be the manager) attended to me; and she was a complete opposite. I understood the SPA, including its terms and conditions, and happily signed and paid the downpayment |

QUOTE(airline @ Aug 10 2013, 11:31 PM) read some forumer's response saying that given a choice, go for public bank first (provided all other terms and conditions are similar), reason is because pbb are generally more strict in their loan approvals, hence it may be more difficult to get a loan from pbb for your 2nd, 3rd, etc property. |

any1 gotten their stamped SPA yet? I've paid and signed about 2 months ago but till now still no news on progress.
Also, the 4 yrs completion date is only calculated from stamped date onwards right? is this a bid by the developer to delay completion without needing to pay penalty and compensation? This post has been edited by matrixation: Sep 9 2013, 03:38 PM |
