this maxim developer really kns.... starting said got DIBS to attract buyer , at the end say no more that package only 5% discount bla bla bla ... make me feel like cheated...

Today received a call from banker , regarding the loan there was a loan agreement fees to be charges around 5k to 7k , is it can waive ? Do u all know about this charges ?

Nowadays most condo around KL almost 500psf above so this maxim residence still consider fair and cheap.
Only things is who know the project actual size ? Coz beside it also have a project on going ....

About the bank loan agreement also no news at all... tomorrow i will call lawyer office about this. Last time I bought Puchong house the developer very aggressive , they always remind us the things to do but this maxim lack of such friendly reminder. So far I only received the "threaten" call such as faster come to pay 10% down payment otherwise your unit bla bla bla ..... quite disappointed their service hmm.gif

Basically will depend on how successful Cheras Sentral coz everybody is quite skeptical abt this Plaza Phionex time but this round look more promising with MRT station, hotel, cinema.....etc & Cheras Point development.
