Today received a call from banker , regarding the loan there was a loan agreement fees to be charges around 5k to 7k , is it can waive ? Do u all know about this charges ?

Nowadays most condo around KL almost 500psf above so this maxim residence still consider fair and cheap.
Only things is who know the project actual size ? Coz beside it also have a project on going .... |

About the bank loan agreement also no news at all... tomorrow i will call lawyer office about this. Last time I bought Puchong house the developer very aggressive , they always remind us the things to do but this maxim lack of such friendly reminder. So far I only received the "threaten" call such as faster come to pay 10% down payment otherwise your unit bla bla bla ..... quite disappointed their service
