Accordingly was told no official launched coz already fully booked advise to apply loan now & those rejected unit will be revised their selling price approx. 10% upward slope or not ? wait it happens only know the risk ha..ha.. Not sure if can offload to non-immediate family members, though. I have 2 units to offload. One is a corner unit 860 sq ft facing PJ, the other a 1082 sq ft facing KL (very high floor). Surname Soh. PM me if interested. |
