Terbalik from other proj. This one big size is hot especially the corner but small size tak laku. Corner 3 bedders 1050sf only 400k up. Value buy in this location.

The price is more or less thr same as when u booked. 5pc rebate (never promised) net 25k additional cp. It doesnt change the deal. Now almost same price with additional cp.

400psf up for 3bedders 400k up..hard to come by especially this location with cheras centre point besides n walking distance to future mrt at pheonix via cheras centre point.

Most affordable 400psf up n reasonable size near kl city center! Bside new center point n walking distance to pheonix mrt station. Thumbs up

Besides cheras centre point n walking distance to pheonix mrt via centre point. 400psf up..potential mrt2 interchange stop also. Cant find any cheaper. Problem is..can u get one. Emmm..

Biggest problem of this proj is the law firms that they used. One of the two firms is quite pathetic. Especially a lady lawyer. Thank god only spa need to deal with her n my loan agreement is under a more pro lawyer. I guess many ppls face same issue..
