if wanna say it adds power, no it doesn't.
if wanna say it adds driving experience, its still the same.

The only thing it adds is better materials for better "quality". So, safe to say the + represents longevity

well, this is a forum anyway. Each person will have their own sweet spot. Then once in a while, when there's a purchase decision to be made, then they will venture out of their sweet spot, ask some questions and gather feedbacks at another spot. Once the purchase has been made, then the nest step is to pasang ini pasang itu. Then they will back to their sweet spot. They rarely comes back to the other spot till a problem arise.

its basically the same engine with some improvement of the parts with a better quality and material.. but one has to remember, persona comes with conventional auto transmission.. where by the preve executive comes with a state of the art CVT gearbox... the nature of CVT, it will adjust itself based on the load.. whether the car is fully loaded with 5 adults, or just only the driver, the "pulling" experience would be the same.. it acted differently from conventional gearbox where the "pulling" experience pretty much depending on the load... more load, heavier to move the car.. CVT, 1 person or 5 person, u as the driver would feel the same "moving power" of the car...

if driving on straight even road, yes, but if driving uphill with just one driver and with 5 adults are different...

that was justified.. Gravity law i guess.. but that was such an improvement compared to the persona...

So means preve exec can beat persona easily wit s mode?

as far ive been informed, iafm+ is actually a derivation from cfe,while retaining original campro cubic capacity. While cfe has cvvt component n discard iafm coz using fix resonance plus turbo, iafm+ just a cfe without turbo n cvvt while retaining iafm unit.

Iafm unit still the same, but material used a bit diff(thats why some wear n tear part schedule same as cfe except for plugs n air filter). Besides, previous iafm using 16 bit ems 700 ecu load based ecu while iafm+ using 32 bit easy ecu torque based n of coz calibration is totally different.

And for drive terrain, prev iafm mated with mitsu 4at trans while iafm+ using punch cvt unit n powerloss on trans will be diff coz 4at using torque con while cvt using clutch which giving direct link to the wheel almost like manual.

Less is more, that is what iafm+ compare to iafm, even with reduce hp(but achieve it at lower rpm), but if compare to the loss of trans, it still gives more than iafm 4 at unit.

Of course driving uphill full load will have effect even cvt coz even for turbo charged, u can still feel the diff compare to drive on flat road. But if using prev iafm on preve, it will cause severely undertorque n power compare to iafm+.

hello guys,anyone ever try removing c pillar cover?that lock button stick to the cover or wat?hard to korek keluar lah,my car got wire hitting body when d car is swaying,bootlid wiring checked,speaker panel checked,trunk side wiring checked,no problem or loosed thing,suspecting from the pillar mentioned...so damn annoying...

persona elegance has a bit change in its engine, that is the ecu, but the engine is the same as prev iafm. Only ecu change, from 16bit to 32 bit unit. Still using 4at trans. Never heard that new baseline using iafm+ n cvt. only cosmetic(sport rims) n additional pass airbag include.

About discomfort on sc especially, please write to i care@use the complaint form available in sc. Includes the service invoice number as reference. I know some may say that its a waste of time, but if the report received by good hands, it still can make a diff.
