I have also signed up for this account. I use the free SI to transfer my salary to this account for bill payment, credit card payments.. My wife also will transfer a total sum to this account ... then we use the free IBG to make payment !.. save a lot.

I have this just one current account for last few months but just recently i noticed bank raised charges on MEPS withrdraw ($4/time) even i fulfill deposit requirements.
(i) Anyone experience the same as mine?
(ii) Old question again, should I deposit 1.5k on every 1st of month in order to avoid any charges on the aforesaid month?
(iii) Failed to apply SI after complaint made and re-apply at SCB. Anyone experince the same?

If you deposit RM1500 into JustOne Current anytime in the same month of your IBG/MEPS withdrawal, the fees will be "refunded" in the next month.

There's a change in Interest Rate for JustOne Personal Savings account

meaning now maybank2u savers-i account is better for its 2.1% p.a for any amount left in the account... however scb just one account still useful for its unlimited free transaction between other banks

But the JustOne Personal Savings is not use for savings due to lower interest earned per day.

How about the 1% bonus ? If the 1% bonus is longer offered, very likely that I will close this account before CNY.

1% Bonus is still there... total is 1.25% p.a. instead of the 2.0% p.a. (up to Dec 2013)

Ronnie, had you called SC to confirm on your statement? Btw, use just one for IBG, balance $$ tranfer to Maybank2u saver

Standard Chartered now offers 3 types of JustOne Account. Only JustOne Priority Account (Priority Banking) gets 1% interest + 1% bonus interest.

Join Preferred Banking or PriorityBanking.

I have Preferred Banking Logo when I logged on to SCB Online Portal... but my JustOne still shows "Personal"
Doesn't really matter to me... at least I need only RM1500 to enjoy all the free withdrwals/IBG (which is my main reason to use JustOne)

2-Jan: Deposited RM1500 into JustOne Current
3-Jan: Performed 3 x IBG transactions and was charged 50 sen per transaction

Let's see how soon the 50 sen is going to be refunded...........

when i go to open the JustOne-i account, the banker tell me, if you fulfill the minimum fresh cash in, that month you no need pay the charges..
i wonder if is true.. -.- since here show that, it's charged and refund later.

The original T&C states : charge first, refund the next month.
Reason : Give you up to end of the current month to deposit minimum RM1500 in order to be refunded in the next month.
