I'm not clear about one thing. QUOTE Fulfill the monthly requirement of depositing RM1,500 into the JustOne Current Account to get additional bonus interest of 1% p.a. on any balance amount in this savings account, on top of the base interest If I deposit RM1,500 on the 25th, do I get the EXTRA 1% for the remaining days of the month or will it include the days before?

The 1% base + 1% bonus is for amount in JustOne Savings (not JustOne Current)... it's calculated on average daily balance for the JustOne Savings account

But let's say I maintain a fixed amount of RM5000 for each of the days in October (SA). I deposit RM1500 on 25th (CA). Will I get: 1st to 24th (1% p.a.) 25th to 31st (2% p.a.) (5000 x (1% / 12) * (24 / 31)) + (5000 x (2% / 12) * (7 / 31)) = 5.10or will it be for the whole month as such: 5000 x 2% / 12 = 8.33

You can withdraw the RM1500 on the next day....

Nevertheless, I will reconfirm with the SCB representatives when they are in my office for some program to promote this.

As long as you fulfil the requirement of depositing at least RM1.5K into your JustOne Current Account in that particular month (let say on the 25th), all your balances in the JustOne Savings Account before you deposited the RM1.5K on the 25th will be eligible for the 1% bonus too, not only on the balances starting from 25th. At least this was what i understand according to what the girl that told me this. Besides, there is also no mention in their website that the additional 1% interest is applicable only from the day you make the RM1.5K deposit into your JustOne Savings Account.

I read the terms and conditions again and I think Miles is correct. Sorry jian, I think I've provided the wrong info. Anyway, better to confirm with the bank representatives.
