Walking distance's journey time is relative, the path walking towards the future station is not very pedestrian friendly, with steep slopes, missing walking path, and old quiet residential road which didn't feel safe, hence maybe iheartchannel says it feels like '20minutes' even though it is only 1km.

On the above.

It is the majlis perbandaran kajang responsible need to do a better walkways.

You can see they have started to improve this.

No worry. in 2 years time sure the walkway in Kajanf Sentral Sure good.

Sorry I will not tell which one I have invested.

Better stay this way as ppl are start calling me flipper already.

5 or 35 mins traveling time is very subjective, u might just stuck in 1 of the few traffic lights for more than 5 mins. Highway exit mean you need to pay toll when you use the highway, compared to prima saujana is located end of Cheras-Kajang highway(only 1 toll if heading KL). But the best thing of sg chua is you can find a lot of Chinese eateries compared to prima saujana. I heard sg chua is well known for its spicy soup and claypot 'far ***' chicken thumbup.gif But since my factor is more on NEW factor, so I choosen Ivory. In real life there is nothing is perfect, it just up to you to justify and choose which one is the best for you. icon_rolleyes.gif

Soon Cheras Sentral shopping centre is (ex-Phoenix Plaza) going to open, I believe this is a plus points for Saujana residents. I tested the distance from Saujana to Cheras Sentral (approx 15km one way), it's a very smooth drive on the Cheras-Kajang highway. So in future the residents will have an additional place to hang out on weekends. rclxms.gif

If going from Ivory to Cheras Sentral, which route is faster? Ivory to Silk to Saga toll or Ivory to Cheras Kajang Saga toll direct? Thanks.

definitely Jalan Cheras via Cheras Kajang Saga faster! twins been visiting every single project within 20km from your house! Windows On the Park or Ivory Residence?

All the way straight with Cheras-Kajang Grand Saga highway, only 1 traffic light (Saujana) and 1 toll ( rm0.90 ).

LOL...I dont visit every project but I do shop at Tesco and bank at SCB Kajang. Sometimes I use Kajang Saga and sometimes Silk to go home...but never measure the distance or time taken....

rules r set by human, thus anything can happen... bcos not everyone got the same treatment...
all this bulk purchase, group purchase bfore launch, internal transfer, special discount for certain individual, building cables and connection with agents n developers, realty agency bought over enblock n sell themselves, director reserving units n sell at higher price later.. all are happening around.. undertable everywhere.. since when property market is fair.. wink.gif

but, for TLS, they hold their prinsip very strong....... a fren of mine experienced this.... they dont allow u to change name at all but will only released the open units to the waiting list....
