QUOTE(chimaera @ Nov 5 2012, 10:12 PM) Facing west is not all that bad. Depends on individual. Some people who are into feng shui might just want their house in that particular direction. It could be any of the direction. etc... west, east, north, south.... haha.. like me who always sleep till late late one.... i dont like morning sun at all...... |

QUOTE(iheartchanel @ Nov 5 2012, 11:23 PM) Manage to get a nice unit two weeks ago and loan has been approved by ING . They are offering fix rate 4.8% which my husband feel that it's more stable knowing the BLR fluctuate quite a lot. The approval speed is amazing . Only took them two days to approve once doc is submitted. my fren has been booking this unit for close to a month but still havent sign the loan ler.... steady man...From what i know through my SA, TLS is very strict on loan submission since the units have almost been taken up. She told me left about 20 Over units and a long list of waiting list queuing for units. Their customer must submit doc within one week and loan approval within two weeks time. Otherwise they just refund customer and open the unit after issue notice. Good luck to all Ivory purchaser. |

any idea whether all 3 blocks will complete at the same time? and almost which quarter of 2015 do they expect to complete?
Added on November 18, 2012, 5:05 pmlet me throw out a question... how much percentage of your current monthly salary that you will take out for property investment loan? for me, i am throwing in almost 45%... and kind of worrying when 2015 coming... either good or bad.....
