I like u, u must warn people GAO-GAO about Cyberjaya, then flippers dare not come here.

I warn: Flip Cyberjaya @ your own risk, like not enough. Hehe.

By the way, if Cyberjaya become Puchong kind of messy, I will move to Kajang @ Seremban.
*
I comment in that thread as well, if Cyberjaya only can be a Puchong, I wont look at cyber at all.

Emphasize on demographic again, township with good demographic & culture

Good: Bangsar, MK, BU/damansara/TTDI Area, DPC
so so: Subang
NO : Puchong,Cheras, Kuchai Lama, OKR
Potential/KIV : Bukit Jalil

Potential/Unknown: Cyber

All the places i mentioned above, Cyber has the best chances to transform/upgrade to Good level in coming 5 years. I know once cyber level up, i cant afford to buy it anymore.

If im wrong just shoot me gao gao la biggrin.gif

If Rawang which is 45 minutes from PJ, 60 minutes from KLCC and 75 minutes from KLIA can be a future hot spot, u don't have to worry too much about CBJ. All the infra structure is already there, don't have to speculate anymore; International Universities, International Schools, MSC Status, MNC HQ, next to Putrajaya, 20 mins from KLCC, 20 minutes from KLIA, KLIA 2. Only thing lacking is shopping complex and entertainment. I believe 2015 everything will change. Main people CBJ will attract is Airport Staff from KLIA & KLIA2; pilots, stewardess, high ranking officials and MNC executives and directors that is flying every other week...
Neighborhood and community is something u can't change and money can't buy. I believe CBJ community will be the competitive advantage..

This comment is vr fair like apa lagi mau rclxms.gif ...Dpulze is coming within a year....u can wait until that time but prop price in that time would be different already...

Dai Kor A : I heard that Cyber is property hotspot since 10 years ago...now ?? few years later u might say the same thing again.

Hey Dai Kor, 10 years ago cyber dont have so many MNC like HP & SHELL, dont have high end residential developement & commercial development in pipeline la....look at the environment surrounding us....high end G&G is definately the future for property.

EMKAY lancar fasa pertama projek rumah mampu milik

Potential inflow of lower income residents to cyberjaya...not sure how wil this effect the high end residential prices.

I don't see many low cost homes in established areas such as Bangsar or Mont Kiara..
