we need to give our investments time to behave as they should. start young. think big. only ppl with vision make $.

aiyah, demand is strong... i think too long over the weekend, until the corner semi-D kena taken after few hours...  no choice, pay $50k higher and got a unit with larger land... 800k can have many choices for condo... but for landed, think all above $1mil. oh. i visited on last Saturday, saw 6 units left. The feeling of staying in Mozart is like staying in condo coz of the elevated living room where we can see more through the windows.
