Anyone went?

The future outlook for cyberjaya is good. Good environment (not industrial factory are allowed in cyberjaya), serene, quality of living is there if not now, then will be very soon. Few big malls are under planning there. No low cost houses there too. All the houses there are new with good design.

I will rather use the $$$ n invest in other places rather than this Cyberjaya that is need time to grow and whether will success or not is a question mark there....Nah......wouldnt go there.

Ya lor, I also mentioned many times. wanna invest in cyberjaya, u gotta have strong holding power. 5-8 years should be sufficient when most cun developments completed. until then, if you havent invested somewhere else, better do that first.

I started to convince my dear buying for investment.

End up, she likes it very much & we don't mind moving in.

I don't see High End Residences landed house has this issue.

For condo may or may not, who knows investor like me end up moving in?

Interesting point, not forgetting working population with higher position especially in the finance and industrial sectors are much much more in KL and PJ... Cyberjaya workforce are relatively young.. come and visit during lunch time..

yeah, cyberjaya is a niche place to stay. well planned township and low criminal records. Why? because authority for putrajaya and cyberjaya do not allowed any immigrant workers to stay within the site. Those contractors need to source ways to transport in workers to work every single day.

Thats why putra and cyber props always are the highest and expensive probs since early years, due to this miscellaneous cost.

Slow & steady is ok to me. This is why holding power is important.

yes, i am one of the example. Gave negative comments, suddenly one day I changed my mind and bought in cyber. Do some more research

Just to share. After the launched of seg, there was a investment grp went in sh and bought 10+unit morzart. That time morzart price still at ard 1.0xmil which was earlier phase leftover units.

Sh used to be not investment friendly as there was no dibs n free this and tat. Uem claimed that they dont make much money on this project. Personally i love the schubert double volume living type of unit. Tat time was only 1.03mil. But skipped it due to the timing issue of cyberjaya commercial development. I feel that it needs at least till 2017 to become vibrant. But if one to wait for another two yrs, the premium to pay is too high. So i guess many just get seg...need to hold like 2 or 3yrs to reap the first wave of value realisation in ciber. My view is by 2015, ciber ll b livable. By 2017 should be vibrant enough. Of coz, everyone has his own vibrancy definition.
