If Rawang which is 45 minutes from PJ, 60 minutes from KLCC and 75 minutes from KLIA can be a future hot spot, u don't have to worry too much about CBJ. All the infra structure is already there, don't have to speculate anymore; International Universities, International Schools, MSC Status, MNC HQ, next to Putrajaya, 20 mins from KLCC, 20 minutes from KLIA, KLIA 2. Only thing lacking is shopping complex and entertainment. I believe 2015 everything will change. Main people CBJ will attract is Airport Staff from KLIA & KLIA2; pilots, stewardess, high ranking officials and MNC executives and directors that is flying every other week...
