G&G HER will be rare gem soon, coz developer may not want to build this product type. dun ask me why... hehe.... very soon all small condo like singapore.

when i investing in singapore, ppl said dun buy big unit, very hard to rent out.... but i dun listen la, all my 3 condos in singapore r 1500-1800sqft. many looking for big unit to rent. so, go for good size unit, sure no regret.

This is vr true la....just too bad the timing is not right for me to buy landed in cyber....cant afford it...

look at the crime rate now.....vr soon...those invisble rich uncle in seri kembangan will looking for G&G HER....those rich uncle can buy HER with cash one...

A bit difference.

For highrise, other than choosing the right product, we prefer product price within Malaysian level RM 500k+ to RM 700k+

Ohh...i didnt read ur previous msg....later i notice u have an unit in cyber which is complete in 2017...in 2017, cyber should be more matured already. Having said that, other project like garden plaza VP earlier (980units in 2015)...if u target student....quite competitive. there are few new campus in putrajaya...if im student with car...i will choose to stay in cyber la..

D'pulze is important, it start operating next year....in 2017....should be quite good

i would say different game play. targeting different groups of buyer and investor. no wrong no right. some made 100k already happy, some 1mil still not enough.

Different because Singapore has many couple without kids. 500+ sqft still liveable.

Malaysia family size normally 4+ pax. 500+ sqft? No way.

im staying in seri kemabangan but i like cyber...just a personal preference...

i like the peaceful environment there...no traffic jam....and once dpulze complete...i can reach cinema within 10mins

Seri Kembangan is quite haphazard and the community cannot be compared with CBJ-lah. The biggest Jalan which is called Jalan Besar will make your kepala Besar when u drive pass there. Kepala Pusing lor... SK has very little chance of reversing its mess of earlier planning already where as CBJ started out as a well planned township with very wide roads, lakes and landscape. Only think is too many SOHO/SOVO. I guess if flipper cannot sell it will somewhat force them to stay there to minimize their loss. They have to tahan until 2020 when high speed rail is up and wealth flow through this part of Greater KL...
