Anyone here buy Sejati Residence? Don't see anyone mention about it...try to check if I can get to know my future neighbor earlier...

Compared to other developer (landed), sejati seem to be giving better in size/specification, concept may not as good as eco glade and symphony but it suit my parent taste so chosen it.

According to the banker that worked for my loan, 8 loan included mine, 4 super-link, 3 semi-d, 1 bungalow. 7 out of 8 are chinese, should be for own stay.

Have you visited their show house? If you haven't my advise is go take a look. I went there twice and visited different unit, most of it having a lot of defect, especially the water leakage from top. You can see the water mark clearly from top to bottom, one of the unit i saw a patch of water at the lower ground store room...This is really sad to see the show house unit to have so many defect...

There is one located at domain there, it's at the end lot of that row of shop lot and 2nd floor.
If you know where is Sri Alamanda mamak, it is located near by to it, in between the GYM and Mamak there is an empty land area.

Dengkil or SK Eguine park, both can find cheap and nice chinese food. Cyberjaya still long way to go, we need cheaper food around the area, now it is very expensive.

Maybe because Dengkil is just a small area, not even qualify as a city if not mistaken, just small town. Is like you go eat at kampung area sure get cheaper price than eating in city area. Cyberjaya is kinda far from other places so people who work here will force to eat expensive food if there is limitation time of lunch break.

If anyone interested to do business in food, providing cheap "zap fan" in cyberjaya will definitely make a fortune, that's my 2cent.

I don't worry about PRC, comparing PRC with Bangkla, Nigerian, I rather to have more PRC, at least I go out feel safer...
Try to drive in cyberjaya more often, you'll hate those "black people" (nigerian or other countries) who drive like dumbass and causing danger to others...

Now, can someone please prove me wrong? I am contemplating about buying a unit in Hyve for 1 month already and i still cannot decide because of the high price per square foot. I hope i don't regret because right now frankly, there's a lot of SOHOs around and I so wanted to property prices to crash instead so they become affordable for serious tenant like me!

Edit: I also understand that the market sentiment in cyberjaya right now is Buy, which translates to higher prices. Prices wil only drop if the market sentiment now is Sell! Thus is the reason why I think homes are expensive and its definitely not affordable when you include the slacks in your finance after deducting housing loan commitment and you realize you have no more slacks in your finance for savings! Cheaper ones are just too damn small, ~450 square feet!

If MNC is shrinking their workforce, IBM won't build a new building which is way larger than what it is right now beside the current one. Shell used to rent office beside T-System then build their own building here. So MNCs company should not need to be worry, probably the entertainment and choices of food are the most concern for people if they want to choose to stay here. But then if there are too many malls and people, the place become too crowded like Puchong which is not something I want... sweat.gif

Exactly, the title of this thread speak for itself, why you like cyberjaya. I don't understand those people who don't like cyberjaya, why waste the time to come in here and say this not good, that not good, ghost town bla bla bla, are they really that free?? Might well just open a new thread, why I don't like cyberjaya and say whatever bad about it over there...

Their concept is not same like what SH and SEG offering, more towards of "go green" type of concept...LOL
IMO, I think Sejati is offering low density + privacy type of concept, so it is for those people who prefer some privacy instead of real neighbor style like SH.

I'm hoping some of the hypermarket will open their branch in Cyber when those mall are up, that will attract a lot of people here eventually. If only those small shop lot in the mall, worry it will end up become a lot of empty unit inside the mall...
