that is now what you have seen... coming 3 year, lots of high end landed property VPed, hope will change this situation.....
for me, as long it is gated and guarded, and well planed are good reason for people to choose to stay... why not?

Anyone could help to provide a list of the most "matured" landed property in Cyberjaya ?

Is it that they just VP-ed and so low occupancy, or is it something else .....?

Agree or Disagree?

For those who agree, what do you think are the implications for investors of these units?

Anyway almost all small units are BBB, I think these people are either well connected @ they don't mind owning as weekend hotel home.

Not me, my unit needs to be rented out or else will be difficult to tahan..it will be ready around 2017..stil got time. but don't know how many more units will be launching..

seems like almost every month got a new launch of small units at cyber...

Agreed. Flip cyber at your own risk...why ppl still buy cyber ?

personally i understand the vision of cyber and i believe once they achieve their vision...the return is vr big !

To avoid too many small units, we buy HER & Condo @ Cyberjaya. smile.gif

SOHO? We are eyeing super matured area like KLCC, Damansara, Sunway...

Cyber will be a good place to live learn work play...for all the residential project, either buy now or it wont be affordable anymore..

Of course I care..i like the recent spade of development, just hope it would be more mixed instead of focused on one segment..i think we need much more offices in cyber for it to gain momentum. the numbers now are just too low I guess..

Small unit ppl make noise, big unit ppl make noise. dun really know wat ppl want. biggrin.gif

I am getting my 3rd unit in MK soon, and followed by my first unit in KLCC. These 2 places hav the highest potential for matured area.

my friends owned many klcc large units, still can rent out la. KLCC is still cheap, RM1.1kpsf for 2000-3000sqft BU, with KLCC park view rclxms.gif
