 Why U buy Cyberjaya?

Rethink about it.
MCT lakefront with high density is already asking Rm690K for a 1300ft2.
If SEG high rise 1200ft2 x Rm 650 = RM780K which is Rm100K extra, something is not right there.
Dont think SEG high rise will be laucnhed soon to compete with Verdi, Cristal and MCT lakefront.
Might as well launch their islands theme unit one by one.
Make sense?

It could be the same planning like DPC.
Complete the landed unit 1st then condo starts from Rm 1.0mil+ onwards.
Cyberjaya landed owner will laugh even in their dream and only blame themselve - I should have.....If...... excuses biggrin.gif

Can someone explain the plot of land towards the North East of Cyberjaya being marked as Cyberjaya City Center?

I thought CIMB - Old Town is city center?

Dislike if Eco Glades launch last like Desa ParkCity, then the price will be inflated too much, wish Setia will launch highrise eariler to attract buyers...

Own stayers will BBB...

like that you need to wait long long.... UEM launched Verdi because most of the landed already launched, and the semi-D will be completed by end of this year.

You're saying there will be another commercial center located at Cyberjaya City Center? What is it going to have? There's already 2 shopping malls, MMU, eateries. residentials and office buildings on this side of Cyberjaya.

Yes, ATM it's still much developed due to early entry of EMKAY/PRIMA/SETIA HARUMAN. But focus will slowly switched when there's better accessibility and visibility, CCC is just minutes away from award winning project SkyPark and direct link to ERL. In addition, future MRT3 ll be at Putrajaya Sentral not forgetting CCC is PNB project JV with gomen in order to make it a success. Overall result is both sides will have a balance, and in fact the traveling distance fr one side to another is <3km so I think not much different, all talk is cheap unless the enforcement is strong to make Cyberjaya a success

Nowadays many kena " tropicana" poison ha. Well, i checked out tropicana cheras...horrible location with wrong price tag. Wrong price tag but gd loc i think still have chance but not two bad(s) ha.

Kajang? Emm....well i m not the fan of it. But it is personal investment choice i guess nothing to do with roi etc.
