If cyberjaya has the amenties like PJ / Damansara then the prop price will be double as its existing price. Considered that it's F/H with klang valley development moving south, a holding power until 2017 should be a safe play with capitical appreciation and currency depreciation. If you notice, the 50cents coin nowadays looks like the Indonesia Rupiah - (material cost to produce a 50cents must be less than 50 cents value which indicates that RM depreciating against international currencies). Considered these, we bought 2 units of semi-D in SEG for investment / self living purpose. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Never tot will buy props in this sibeh-far-jaya area until personally travelled on MEX from KLCX n also researches which finally ends up committing 2 units with SEG. I guess the more ppl research cyber n gradually they will change their mind.

Heard from MCT SA also they plan to build Premium Outlet in skypark or something special to attract crowds coming to sibeh-far-jaya! biggrin.gif

Some news about KLIA2 which will be in service May 2013.
More or less this will help to boost up the commercial and residentail in Cyberjaya.
If not mistaken, one of the Air Asia's hotels will be in Cyberjaya D'pluze and currently there are already some pilots, stewardess, airport workers bought Symphony Hills in Cyber too according to SA.

Bro XYYAP, KLCC is a great place to live if u are single however air pollution is really bad and not suitable for family lifestyle (kids).
Prefer to grow my boys at nice living environment like Cyber while short driving DURATION (18mins via MEX) to KLCC.
Aiya, for those said Cyberjaya tak boleh nvm la as everyone has their own opinion however buying F/H ard Rm1.8m is cheap if you look back 5 yrs later. Good holding power, F/H, completed Hwy accessibility to other city - u never get wrong!
Note - The Glades (Sime Darby), MCT (Kingsley Hills) which are 15 mins driving distance away are alr selling at extra 50-70% more exp (although bigger BU). What else can u complain??? biggrin.gif just my 2 cents

Few of my mates who work in KLCC area but living in Tmn Desa / Kuchai Lama / Bkt Jalil have upgraded to landed prop in Cyber too.

15 mins drive from Cyberjaya to Dengkil Chinese school is a reasonable distance (~10KM). However I m going to send my boys to international school next door (elc).
