Malaysians too dependent on malls la. we shop, dine, watch movie, buy pets, go to gym, learn languages all in malls. u go to some european countries or asian countries not like this one. I guess malaysians like 1 stop centre

Mirage by the lake phase one condo expected complete by end of next year, for now the price has rose from 600k to 900k+, hope can touch 1m next year, but the agent told it may take 3 years to sell at good profit after completion, but definitely no problem to rent at rm3k +, so still ask for more?

I believe that with the influx of the residential and commercial development coming in fast and furious, besides the students from the universities (heard there are 2 more universities to be in Selangor Science Park 2 and 2 more in cyberjaya plus another one in Putrajaya), and working population from the science park and the existing and new companies at cyberjaya, and the dedicated and easy access to highways and airports/ports, indeed it has great potential to be an established suburban city to KL or satellite city to putrajaya in the coming decade.
Cyberjaya is no PJ or subang nor damansara /bangsar, but if we look around these areas in the KV and others in malaysia, we will notice that the critical masse development in a place which has combi nation of students, work force, high density residential enclave and high density commercial developments at the same time are always a hit.
I would be more skeptical of cyberjay's future if only one or two projects are coming in as such undermasses development will not create any significant impact, not when you need furious and lasting thrust to transform an underdeveloped presinct into a highly developed one.

Emkay plans for medium-cost units at Cyberjaya

Emkay Group is still awaiting the final decision of the Selangor state government over the developer’s proposal to build affordable houses in Cyberjaya, reported The Star.

The company’s proposal to the Selangor government is in line with its efforts to help the middle-income group get their own houses, said Ahmad Khalif Mustapha Kamal, Chief Executive Officer at Emkay.

“We have identified about 50 acres in Cyberjaya. But we hope we can start by the third and fourth quarter next year,” he said after handing over the keys to 10 owners of Domain 3 apartment units at Cyberjaya on 31 October.

Although the proposed project is still in the planning stage, Emkay expects to include around 3,000 medium cost houses priced at RM200,000 per unit, said Emkay Chairman Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar in September.

Bro XYYAP, KLCC is a great place to live if u are single however air pollution is really bad and not suitable for family lifestyle (kids).
Prefer to grow my boys at nice living environment like Cyber while short driving DURATION (18mins via MEX) to KLCC.
Aiya, for those said Cyberjaya tak boleh nvm la as everyone has their own opinion however buying F/H ard Rm1.8m is cheap if you look back 5 yrs later. Good holding power, F/H, completed Hwy accessibility to other city - u never get wrong!
Note - The Glades (Sime Darby), MCT (Kingsley Hills) which are 15 mins driving distance away are alr selling at extra 50-70% more exp (although bigger BU). What else can u complain??? just my 2 cents

Soros007 boy confirm go international school, Ah Jib Kor never build Chinese primary school @ Cyberjaya. If there is, it is an added bonus.

it was around rm550psf. u get everything that ur eyes could see in the showroom. tv, microwave,bed, interior design. check out my post in "skypark" thread in lowyat.net. i have posted some pictures there. if u ask me, that is dirt cheap.
