EcoLake is here...at the southern part of Cyberjaya centre

Hmm, it's Dengkil. Not Cyberjaya.
Cyberjaya has a master plan, Dengkil is a good as Equine Park.

Saying Dengkil is Cyberjaya is just like saying Menjalara is Desa Park City

The important is Klang Valley development is focus at the South.

Yes, my view is the same. But it's too early to conclude now, Cyberjaya and Dengkil is still deffierent for me. 1/3 land in Dengkil is Malay reserve, though there's an extension mex highway, cyberjaya has a greater plan n facilities.

PS I m not agent, relax bro

Cyberjaya cannot sustain if only millionaire can live there, demand vs supply. Cheers!

No lah, I have few friends bought there, both developer and sub sale. I like the place and kepo only, don't be so upset if u see defects in GR, all developer ll have the same issue. But they ll soon fix it up for you as u have one month for defect liabilities check up. Most important thing is GR has good location and pricing, look at the price again once after the clubhouse & lake& landscape is ready *cross finger

HSR final report expected end-July:

http://www.propertyguru.com.my/property-ne...m_content=links

The final report on the Malaysia-Singapore High-Speed Rail (HSR) feasibility study is expected to be completed by the end of July, according to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Nancy Shukri.

The study includes a complete assessment of the cost, engineering and technical aspects, financial and operations as well as the economic benefits of the HSR project.

“The study is done and the report is in its final stage of preparation. We expect the final report to be ready by end of July,” said Nancy in response to a question from Teresa Kok (DAP-Seputeh) at the Dewan Rakyat yesterday.

Kok enquired on the status of the train and wanted to know if the project will be awarded through an open tender.

Shukri revealed that the project will encompass the states and areas between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore namely Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and the Klang Valley.

As to the project tender, the government will consider the best mechanism based on current procedure and guidelines.

Yes, it is slow, because developer is still selling.

Do take note, there are no more land for residentials @ Cyberjaya, especially for Top HER & Family condo.

If developer plays dirty trick, they can only build SOHO type of pigeon hole.

Top HER & Family condo land? WTF?

Don't buy for the sake of buying. Buy the right product & be rewarded!

Still got geh, Nadayu 99, Lakefront and Blok11, but blok11 has fully booked by internal staff, so sad!!!

U go propcafe, count Top HER & Family condo excluding SOHO. Total how many?

Total < 10000? Many?

U have to exclude MCT Lakefront due to density. Hehe.
*
Yes, not many, even lesser with family condos. I meant the yet-to-launch landed still got tongue.gif

if luck is with me, will get a SEG island units.

looking at other locations, no more cyber too.
*
Hi babe, would like to seek your opinion.

I m interested in SEG too but my concern is the house design is too futuristic and have no edge at the corner of house (trim design) which is wry bad fengshui. Also I have seen their work progress doing well so I m wondering is island concept good? Coz it's all man made and might create troubles in the future. Appreciate ur POV, thanks

yup. feng shui is not good for the link house design, but many dont mind. for bungalow i think is ok. The island unit will be futuristic too. dont worry about the island, only 2 storey houses on filled island, not high rise.

maybe existing owners of SEG can provide more insight.
*
I think phase 1 bungalows all sold out, thanks for ur opinion smile.gif

Rethink about it.
MCT lakefront with high density is already asking Rm690K for a 1300ft2.
If SEG high rise 1200ft2 x Rm 650 = RM780K which is Rm100K extra, something is not right there.
Dont think SEG high rise will be laucnhed soon to compete with Verdi, Cristal and MCT lakefront.
Might as well launch their islands theme unit one by one.
Make sense?
*
Agreed. The launching is damn slow, like no rushing to sell

Can someone explain the plot of land towards the North East of Cyberjaya being marked as Cyberjaya City Center?

I thought CIMB - Old Town is city center?
*
That's eateries center
CCC claim themselves to be Cyberjaya largest commercial center upon completion

You're saying there will be another commercial center located at Cyberjaya City Center? What is it going to have? There's already 2 shopping malls, MMU, eateries. residentials and office buildings on this side of Cyberjaya.
*
Yes, ATM it's still much developed due to early entry of EMKAY/PRIMA/SETIA HARUMAN. But focus will slowly switched when there's better accessibility and visibility, CCC is just minutes away from award winning project SkyPark and direct link to ERL. In addition, future MRT3 ll be at Putrajaya Sentral not forgetting CCC is PNB project JV with gomen in order to make it a success. Overall result is both sides will have a balance, and in fact the traveling distance fr one side to another is <3km so I think not much different, all talk is cheap unless the enforcement is strong to make Cyberjaya a success
