The final report on the Malaysia-Singapore High-Speed Rail (HSR) feasibility study is expected to be completed by the end of July, according to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Nancy Shukri.

The study includes a complete assessment of the cost, engineering and technical aspects, financial and operations as well as the economic benefits of the HSR project.

“The study is done and the report is in its final stage of preparation. We expect the final report to be ready by end of July,” said Nancy in response to a question from Teresa Kok (DAP-Seputeh) at the Dewan Rakyat yesterday.

Kok enquired on the status of the train and wanted to know if the project will be awarded through an open tender.

Shukri revealed that the project will encompass the states and areas between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore namely Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and the Klang Valley.

As to the project tender, the government will consider the best mechanism based on current procedure and guidelines.

Do take note, there are no more land for residentials @ Cyberjaya, especially for Top HER & Family condo.

If developer plays dirty trick, they can only build SOHO type of pigeon hole.

yup. feng shui is not good for the link house design, but many dont mind. for bungalow i think is ok. The island unit will be futuristic too. dont worry about the island, only 2 storey houses on filled island, not high rise.

maybe existing owners of SEG can provide more insight.

Rethink about it.
MCT lakefront with high density is already asking Rm690K for a 1300ft2.
If SEG high rise 1200ft2 x Rm 650 = RM780K which is Rm100K extra, something is not right there.
Dont think SEG high rise will be laucnhed soon to compete with Verdi, Cristal and MCT lakefront.
Might as well launch their islands theme unit one by one.

You're saying there will be another commercial center located at Cyberjaya City Center? What is it going to have? There's already 2 shopping malls, MMU, eateries. residentials and office buildings on this side of Cyberjaya.
