Landed all booked.

Quite a number low floor units left for condo, price from rm950k to rm1.15mio b4 discount.

7% rebate
Rm8888 for raya discount tongue.gif
2nd 10% rebate + rm20000

Buy condo can get cash back. Even 70% LTV also no problem rclxms.gif

Desa ParkCity highrise far better buy than Damansara Foresta.

SA told u 42 acres? In fact, they only own 21 acres land. Another 21 acres belongs to DBKL. Anyway, the 21 acres cannot be developed due to slope hill.

The Danga Bay one got 汤唯 chio bu to promote leh. PRC buy buy buy. Hehe.

Anyway, his speech is contradict, he mentioned 80% Cyberjaya buyers are investor, BUT he said Nusajaya worth to buy even without business & commercial.

From many forums, we know that many guru level investors never buy Cyberjaya loh.

Actually the landed all booked but not sold. If interest SA can make a calk n mayb got unit available.

Dear all cyber tai kor,

Why no one seem to be interested in mutiara ville?

At 380psf fully furnished, located beside pangea, walkable to mmu.

With the GRR with CUCSM as back up, if really GRR did not materialised, renting out RM2k/mth is still doable right given the others 3rooms unit are launched at skyhigh price.

Can advise? Thanks.

I agree invest @ Cyberjaya is high risk 33%+

BUT I disagree invest @ Nusjaya is low risk. To me, invest @ Nusajaya is higher risk 66%+
