Dear all cyber tai kor,
Why no one seem to be interested in mutiara ville? At 380psf fully furnished, located beside pangea, walkable to mmu. With the GRR with CUCSM as back up, if really GRR did not materialised, renting out RM2k/mth is still doable right given the others 3rooms unit are launched at skyhigh price. Can advise? Thanks. |
