U have to lease back to the developer to be a student hostel + Pure investment property,no ppl will own stay.

What price they offering now?

Dont see oversupply. We just need to take a long term view. Population grow, more students, more job opportunities in cyberjaya.

SoHo, SoVo, SoLo should be tougher. Family size apartment will do better. G&G landed with good concept will do better as you the supply is limited. Normally it will be in some pockets here and there and not as well planned as CBJ. Give 2-3 years, people will realize that CBJ is indeed well planned and unique.

Ppl afraid cyberjaya cant take off due to poor start... I guess master developer has learnt their mistake.... we jus need to wait for the malls n some unique developments to b completed. At the moment, buy more.

yea have to lease back. now i`m not sure, but back then was 380k net but not much interest i've seen.

anyway i`m just curious, so apartment-ish n GRR not working in cyber nod.gif

Any update abt completion date of d pulze?
Over supply for high rise yes but landed is still very limited.

I think 2-3 years still can't really see the effect.
Got to wait until completion of SJRKC, KLIA2, pangaea, Eco glades mall, sky park etc + 1 year then you can really see the attractions. But, ppl will complain about the pricing liau smile.gif
Not to forget the CCC factor also!

For this type of investment, normally appreciation capped, because people will not buy subsale for own stay.

Buy in Aus?

Few yrs later will need to start selling. Take some cash n turn into semi retirement mode. Invest bcos to retire earlier to do something we like. Stress free.
