guess i can't serve alcohol since i'm muslim tho, but i know it can be one of the biggest advantage.

btw, how about a 'mini' Carls Jr. with with menus like :

1. beef burger using selfmade patties
2. chicken burger in which the chicken a la chicken chop
3. freshly grilled shrimp burgers
4. set menu with crinkle fries/curly fries and bubble tea

what does it sounds to u?

portion probably as big as carls jr, targeting lunch market. price not sure yet, but maximum will be RM15, not more than that.

bakery i think won't do yet la, have to see market 1st, also need to focus 1st. what is the use of putting everything in the beginning but in the end tak sedap? laugh.gif

sure! will do thumbup.gif

im thinking of a marketing strategy where there's a special timeslot to order the biggest burger and then finishing it within, probably, 5 mins. if the person manage to finish it, they'll eat it for free + discounts for the whole week. hmm.gif

seriously it's really depending... The ones who are working there don't seem to be those kind who will be hanging out in a pub.. Not for me.. not for my colleagues. We basically do not have the habit of "Happy Hour".

yea.. mostly just stay at home with family. But I think there might be some students that will hangout at nites smile.gif

Current market 1.6k probably due to limited supply..once all projects completed..there'll be more supply than demand..some owner might have to rent at lower rate..unless more ppl coming in and willing to stay in cbj..cant really tell the demand yet..still too early..
