Bro, if you read the rule properly, if they buy by quantity, different story and is commercial title. Is the grey area in our law. And you can set up a investment company to do portfolios and buy too, mean u not follow that rule too. Hehe

I think cyberjaya is a Halal place , no pork,no alcohol,no disco,no pub, no spa?

They don't care, they see the future. One of them said many change will be done after election, no matter who win, PKR or BN, they need to done it well or Msia sure finish in economy. And halal or liquor issue sure will be done soon or later. And many MNC pledge to invest in Cyberjaya too.

Buying now, based on your idea situation, u can hardly find, regardless of Singapore, KL, Penang, Johor...

Everyone play their own game plan.

For us, we are targeting to hold properties for 5 to 10 years, rental yield slightly lower than interest rate is fine, pump in more cash will do.

If one is a big player, setting up a properties investment company is the best idea.

If u are making good money, u don't mind paying the tax. Furthermore, there are many ways to run away from tax.
