Hey guys,
Today I have the chance to view my unit at GR. Unfortunately there are still no electricity at all the units. I'm not sure how come they can give VP to us. So I decided not to take the keys yet. I already talk to the SA, he said most probably by early of Jan 2013 can be ready. So far there are ppl moving in already for 2/3 storey superlinks houses at Cassia. Jacaranda still no ppl. Currently subsale for 3 storey semi D around RM1.65m. Kindda good price tho. Below are the pic i took for your view So far my unit all are in good condition. Kindda happy with their work. Jacaranda consist of 3 story semi Ds and 3 Storey bungalows           |
