Very low chance.

Dear bro,

I also agree with what you think but I have much confidence in that place.

I myself is renting out a 1350sqf condo/villa for 2.5k.

I bought this place like almost 8 years ago for around 300k.

Just last year with 300k I just bought a 450sqf SOHO at Shaftsbury.
I'll make it a holiday room first and will rent it out later.
Worse come to worse I'll rent it out for 700 or 1k. LOL...

Well if you ask me its still slower pace than PJ or KL but its still worth investing.
Some may say its an African or Arab town and yes i agree they might not be very civilized.
But heck, where ever we stay now its not safe nowadays.

With 2 universities and many major corporations that place wont go bankrupt but it will not be the best place to stay too.
Just go for the investment. Rent while you can and sell when you think you can make some money.

Currently I am looking for a retail shop or office there but the prices are super duper pricy.
I plan to do some business there and feel its an UN-tapped market for the business of my choice.

Have a nice day people and nice to be in this forum smile.gif

Government and major corporations invested heavily in Cyberjaya what else to say about small fry consumers like us?

Do you think it will go kaput?

Those people who thinks so might think too highly of themselves until they are blinded to see the facts.

Or...

They are just jealous and hope to see other peoples investment burn to ashes...

Humans... Typical...

Why near N.Sembilan cannot maju? i think Nilai area, Salak Tinggi now is quite ok, a lot of people consider buying here.
*
Let me tell you why N9 cannot maju.

Coz i stayed in Nilai almost 10 years ago for 3 years and until now also never maju.
Than I stayed in Cyberjaya for almost 7 years and sometimes i go down Nilai see also never maju yet!!!

Cyberjaya came later than Nilai but more Maju then Nilai like a million folds...
Nilai still stuck like that for how many years, highway build halfway also haven't finish until today.
The place become textile town and full of Bangalas or Immigrants...
Same old same old...

Maybe your a N9 person tahts why you hope for your hometown to maju.
I understand how you feel smile.gif

Cyber land confirm is Rubber Plantation coz my friends grandfather's plantation was there last time and sold to the government.

Yes termite issues. My house there parquet all gone kena termite. Not only that even my door frames kena too. I had to do treatment myself. Those termites are damn ugly.

You don't know how many times I kena insulted before when I said I bought or staying in Cyberjaya.

Some of my friends or relatives say I stupid to invest there.

Some people even ask where where did I stay and when I said Cyber they said 'Wah there is hutan la! why you stay there?'

I ask if you been there n she said I was there like 4 years ago. Back in the days when MMU just built.

There you have it; people, some of them don't know shit bout anything. Never been to a place but know how to give their lousy comments to make them look like a smart ass.

Well today I can say 'In Your Face Dude'

Went to shaftsbury last week. shops are opened and huge crowd is there!
cyberjaya is a very well-planned township.
where else you can find this kind of development in malaysia (other than iskandar).
huge money was spent to built the 1st class infrastructures.
if you are building the infras now, it would cost you at least double/triple.
i am not supporting cronyism but you-know-who has earned my respects for building klcc, klia & ptj/cyber.
*
My hats off sir...

Your damn right, When come to investing we don't talk politics.
Well planned infra with 1st class infrastructures is what we are talking about man.

I have a few friends haven't been to cyberjaya / putrajaya before. When they was there they told me the buildings and planning is like Singapore.

Welcome to the future guys. No place for backwater thinking over here.
