For KL highrise, since missed lower entry price during 2010, play subsale better & safer.

Need some good quality pubs operated in SS - maybe like Overtime, TGIF etc to cool down M'sia hot weather smile.gif

well.. when the cyber population shoot up in next few years i am 99% sure it's possible.

seriously it's really depending... The ones who are working there don't seem to be those kind who will be hanging out in a pub.. Not for me.. not for my colleagues. We basically do not have the habit of "Happy Hour".

Maybe should buy a shoplot if found good deal.

Arhh...even though KTV and night club can earn that kind of $$$ but it doesnt meant they want to pay RM20mil for a 4 storey shop house unless it is really unique, special and worth the value.
